Team chemistry is a factor which affects each playing skill, but not fitness skills. New players (bought from transfer market) have an initial value of 10%. Youth Pulls have 60%. They can raise TC by playing games. The display is in 1% steps. One way to lose TC is when you sell a player via transfer market. Another way a player could lose TC is when you switch his position after the switching deadline.

The TC for players in the draft is 60%. This is also the initial value after the players are drafted.
